Hi, my name is Garth. Ever since I was little, my favourite thing to do was to draw. As a kid growing up in the 80s and 90s, I was all about comics, cartoons and videogames, and I would draw my favourite characters obsessively!
I studied illustration at the University of South Australia and spent over 10 years working in animation and videogames for companies like LucasArts, Warner Brothers, Mighty Kingdom and Halfbrick.
These days, I teach Visual Art and I am really excited to have recently illustrated my first picturebook with Little Book Press.
I live in Adelaide, South Australia with my wife, two sons and a bunch of smelly animals.
